Orders & customization
Can I upload my own design?
Yes. Email us at ikrealo.ia@gmail.com or use our contact form and attach your file. We review it, send you a preview, and only start production once you approve it.
What file format should I send?
PNG with a transparent background or a vector PDF, 300 dpi minimum. If all you have is a photo or an idea, send it anyway — we'll prepare it for print.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We produce from a single piece. For team, event, or business orders (12 pieces or more), write to us for a discounted quote.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within the first 2 hours after purchase, as long as production hasn't started. Email us right away with your order number.
Production & shipping
How long does it take to arrive?
Production: 2–5 business days. Shipping within the United States: 3–7 additional business days. Most orders arrive within 5–12 business days total. Embroidered products may take 1–2 extra days in production.
Where is it made?
Everything is printed and embroidered in the United States. Your order doesn't travel halfway around the world to reach your door.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $50. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your address.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we ship within the United States only.
Sizing, quality & returns
How do I choose my size?
Every product page includes its size chart. Our garments are unisex, regular fit — if you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up.
Will the print fade?
Not if you care for it. Wash inside out in cold water and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach, and don't iron directly over the design.
Can I return a custom product?
Every piece is made exclusively for you, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. But if your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you. You have 30 days from delivery — send us a photo of the problem and a photo of the garment's inner label, and we'll take care of it. You don't need to send the product back.
