Shipping policy

Free shipping on orders over $50 anywhere in the United States. On orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Delivery times

• Production: 2–5 business days
• Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Estimated total: 5–12 business days

Embroidered products may take 1–2 extra days in production.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves production you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

Orders with several items

If you ordered different products, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Don't worry — nothing is missing, it's on its way.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is lost because the address was misspelled or incomplete, we can't replace it free of charge.

Coverage area

For now we only ship within the United States.
